Fluoropolymer Fitting FIT-ONE 

FIT-ONE offers an easy-to-install solution with a simple design that prevents pipe disconnections. It successfully overcomes the common weakness of flared fittings' insufficient tensile strength. This simple design ensures enhanced safety and reliability. 

 

The features of the FIT-ONE fitting are as follows: 

-        Resistant to greater tensile forces and excellent sealing capability:  FIT-ONE compression ring design is a perfect solution to the shortcoming of general flare type fitting. 

-        Minimal pressure loss and superior fluid displacement: due to its low torque requirement and resistance to strong fluid forces, it enhances fluid displacement, increasing flow rates, minimizing pressure loss, and reducing residual liquid. 

-        Click gauge tightening indicator: The click gauge indicates the optimal tightening position, allowing the fitting to operate at maximum efficiency without damaging it. When the nut is fastened to the optimal location of the body, the gauge will notify the operator either through vibration or sound.
